We are utilizing Mobile Bidding at this year's Serata di Gala!

What is Mobile Bidding?

Mobile bidding allows you to place bids on silent auction items using your smartphone, iPad, tablet or computer.

How does it work?

Where do I start?

It is as simple as registering your smartphone with us at check-in.  To make check-in move more quickly you can provide us with all the information we need (name, phone number and valid credit card number) prior to the event; then upon your arrival we will verify the information and away you go! Simply email Michelle Moses your information at mmoses@toledosua.org or call her at 419.329.2253.

Once we verify your number you will receive a text message with a link to your bidding URL.  Simply click the link and verify your name.  Your bidder number and table number will appear on your screen.

What if I don't have a smartphone?

Don't worry if you don't have a smartphone.  We will have a Bidding Buddy there who can place bids on your behalf.

How does checkout work?

You can check under My Bids at the end of the night to see what items you won.  When you go to the check out table to pick up your items you can use the card you have on file or switch to another method of payment at that time.
